My career path has been diverse and rewarding. At The Body Shop Indonesia, I led HR reporting initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and informing strategic decisions. Later, at Minamas Plantation, I managed HR systems and revamped compensation programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
